Robert Ashman Yoga offers regular Iyengar yoga classes taught by a fully insured yoga teacher with over 25 years of experience. Iyengar yoga is a form of Hatha yoga that emphasises precise alignment and the use of props to make poses accessible to all levels.
Beyond regular classes, Robert Ashman Yoga provides yoga workshops designed to deepen your practice, one-to-one sessions tailored to your individual needs, and immersive yoga retreats. Upcoming offerings include a Moroccan yoga retreat at Bab Zouina yoga centre in the Ourika Valley, running from 31st October to 7th November 2026.
