Rita Edah is a counsellor, psychotherapist and personal development coach registered with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). She works therapeutically with individuals, couples, families and groups, offering a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space to explore, express and discover.
Rita's approach spans general counselling and psychotherapy for individuals navigating life's challenges—whether confidence has been knocked, self-esteem has suffered, or a sense of purpose has wavered. She also specialises in couples counselling, helping partners work through relationship dynamics, and family and systemic therapy, which addresses patterns and connections within family systems.
For those who value shared experience, Rita facilitates group therapy sessions with a maximum of six participants, creating an intimate setting where people on similar journeys can work through issues together. Alongside these therapeutic services, she offers life coaching to support personal development and positive change.
Rita brings a dual perspective to her work: she retrained as a counsellor and psychotherapist after a previous career, bringing maturity and lived experience to her practice. She is currently accepting new clients for counselling, psychotherapy, coaching and group work.
