About Reset Mental Health
Reset Mental Health offers specialist psychotherapy for young people aged 6 years and above, as well as adults. The practice specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation & Reprocessing (EMDR), alongside general counselling sessions tailored to individual needs.
The therapist is a qualified CBT practitioner and accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP), as well as EMDR All Ireland. With over 20 years' experience working in physical and learning disability, acquired brain injury, and mental health settings, they bring substantial clinical expertise to their practice.
Therapy is delivered both in person and via virtual platform, allowing flexibility to suit your circumstances. All sessions take place within a confidential setting, creating a safe space to explore and work through mental health difficulties.
CBT helps you make sense of overwhelming problems by breaking them down into smaller, manageable parts, while EMDR is a comprehensive approach designed to help you process and recover from past experiences that may be affecting your wellbeing. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, trauma, or other mental health concerns, Reset Mental Health provides expert, confidential therapy to help you move forward.
