About Rehab in Motion

Rehab in Motion is a physiotherapy practice led by a Chartered Physiotherapist with fifteen years of experience helping people recover from injury and pain. A Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, the practice combines clinical physiotherapy knowledge with a background in Sports Science to support both recovery and continued sports participation.

The practice offers physiotherapy assessment and treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. These include knee pain from anterior knee pain, arthritis, and ligament injuries; shoulder pain including rotator cuff and frozen shoulder issues; and neck pain from whiplash, stiffness, and referred arm symptoms. Treatment also covers back pain, hip and pelvic pain, foot and ankle conditions such as calf strains and Achilles tendinopathy, and elbow pain including tennis and golfer's elbow. Pre- and post-operative rehabilitation is available for those preparing for or recovering from surgery.

Beyond hands-on treatment, Rehab in Motion emphasises active recovery through exercise rehabilitation programmes designed to support your return to function and activity. Sports massage is also available as part of the treatment approach. The practice works with clients to review movement and technique, helping you stay active and training safely.
