Her Mindful Reflexology approach combines advanced techniques with bespoke lifestyle suggestions to help you manage stress, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing. Hand reflexology is offered as an accessible alternative—no need to remove shoes or socks.
Beyond reflexology, Lynsey provides Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot Massage, an ancient form of therapeutic healing. Facial Reflexology focuses on pressure points to stimulate the body's natural healing response. Sessions are available both in person and via mobile appointments, with natural, vegan-friendly balms from locally sourced Alami used throughout treatments.
