As a BACP registered counsellor and relationship therapist with a Master's in Relationship Therapy, the therapist draws on an integrative approach, bringing extensive experience from working in secondary schools and supporting people through difficult transitions. The practice is also a registered member of BABCP (British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies).
Services include general counselling sessions for individual therapy, couples counselling for relationship support, and family and systemic therapy for families working through challenges together. The therapist also brings training as a Samaritan Listener, offering additional insight into supporting people in crisis.
