Physiotherapy combines hands-on manual therapy with tailored exercise and management advice to resolve issues and support long-term health. Clinical Pilates sessions are delivered one-to-one with a physiotherapist using full studio equipment, providing a targeted approach to strength and stability.
Reab Physical Health is regulated by the Health & Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and holds membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), PhysioFirst, and Physiotherapy New Zealand (PNZ), ensuring you receive care from qualified, accountable professionals.
