About Raocounselling

Raocounselling offers counselling and psychotherapy for adults, delivered both face to face and online via Zoom. The practice specialises in couples counselling, helping partners work collaboratively through relationship challenges, as well as bereavement counselling and support for anxiety and depression.

The counsellor is a BACP accredited member and registered on the BACP Register (Department of Health 2013). They qualified as a relationship counsellor with Relate, a national organisation, and have worked as a bereavement counsellor at St Christophers Hospice in Bromley. Since 2017, they have also supported clients through North Kent MIND, working with those experiencing anxiety and depression.

With experience delivering therapy online since the start of the pandemic, Raocounselling provides accessible, professional support for individuals and couples navigating life's difficulties, whether grief, relationship strain, or everyday anxiety.
