About Rachel Turner Counselling
Rachel Turner Counselling offers individual, couples and family therapy in a non-judgemental, confidential setting. Rachel is a qualified, registered counsellor with an MA in Relationship Therapy and is accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
She works with couples, individuals and families across a range of concerns. Couples counselling can help when relationships feel stuck or when partners are navigating difficulties together. Individual counselling supports those feeling overwhelmed or unable to move forward from past experiences. Family and systemic therapy takes a wider view, exploring how we behave within different groups and systems—helping families understand patterns and find new ways of relating.
Rachel has undertaken extensive further training in counselling children and young people, as well as in working with mental health and trauma. This breadth of experience means she can tailor her approach to meet different needs, whether you're seeking support for anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck in life.
Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and provide a safe space to explore what's troubling you, gain clarity and work towards positive change. Whatever brings you to counselling, the process is designed around your needs and pace.
