About Rachel Smith
Rachel Smith offers a thoughtful blend of body-centred therapy and personal development support. Her craniosacral therapy practice centres on biodynamic craniosacral therapy, a gentle hands-on approach that supports your body's own innate ability to balance, restore and heal itself. She has undertaken specialist training in TMJ therapy and myofascial release therapy, bringing depth to her physical practice.
Beyond hands-on work, Rachel trained as a life coach with NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and as a hypnotherapist with Animas Institute in London, offering a complementary psychological and coaching dimension to her practice.
Rachel is a member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA) and brings a personal understanding to her work—her interest in health and wellbeing developed through her own lived experience, including bereavement and the search for healing.
Whether you're seeking relief from physical tension, support with specific concerns like TMJ issues, or guidance through life coaching and hypnotherapy, Rachel offers a gentle, body-centred approach grounded in professional training and genuine care.
