As a fully-qualified, BACP registered counsellor, Rachael brings training in person-centred, psychodynamic and relational approaches, complemented by somatic and trauma-informed practice. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling (BCPC) and is accredited by both BCPC and UKCP.
