About Rachael Blackmore Counselling
Rachael Blackmore is a qualified integrative counsellor offering a calm, confidential space for individuals and couples to explore what's on their mind at their own pace, without judgement. She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Rachael provides one-to-one counselling sessions tailored to your unique needs, helping you talk through challenges and find clarity. She also specialises in couples counselling, offering supportive space when relationships feel strained or disconnected, helping partners reconnect and understand what comes next.
Sessions are available in multiple formats to suit your preference: in person from a private room, online via secure video, or as walk and talk sessions when the weather allows. Online counselling means you can access support from wherever is most comfortable for you.
Rachael works with individuals and couples navigating uncertainty, relationship difficulties, and the everyday challenges that can feel overwhelming. Her integrative approach creates a reflective, non-judgmental environment where you can be heard and supported as you move forward.
