Puvi Bala is a Reiki practitioner registered with the UK Reiki Federation, offering Reiki healing through the channelling of universal life force energy. Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique designed to balance and shift the energy fields within and around you.
Puvi provides Reiki treatments on a one-to-one basis, working with clients to support their wellbeing through this complementary therapy. Beyond individual sessions, Puvi also teaches Reiki through structured courses at 1st, 2nd and 3rd Degree levels. 1st Degree Reiki focuses on self-healing and the ability to offer treatment to friends, family and pets. 2nd Degree training increases the flow of Reiki energy and introduces symbols that enable distance healing. 3rd Degree training develops the practitioner into a Master and Teacher, further enhancing healing abilities.
With a background as a registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council, Puvi brings a grounded, professional approach to energy healing work.
