About Purbeck Yoga
Purbeck Yoga offers a range of yoga and meditation classes designed to suit different needs and experience levels. Classes include Hatha Yoga with flowing sequences suitable for all abilities, as well as gentler sessions that focus on basic postures and foundational practice. The studio also teaches Yoga Nidra, a guided deep relaxation practice, alongside meditation and breathwork, all designed to help still the mind, create calmness, and relieve tension and stress.
The studio has a particular specialism in yoga for pregnancy and the postnatal period. The instructor has undertaken further specialised training in Yoga for Pregnancy, bringing expert knowledge to expectant and new mothers. Pregnancy & Postnatal Acupuncture is also available as a complementary therapy.
Purbeck Yoga is run by a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance, ensuring teaching meets established professional standards.
