About Pembroke & Pembroke Dock Boxing Amateur Club
Pembroke & Pembroke Dock Amateur Boxing Club is a Welsh Amateur Boxing Association member offering group boxing training for juniors and seniors. Classes run Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5pm to 7:30pm, providing accessible fitness and skill development for all levels.
