About Paula Sweet at Absolute Mind
Paula Sweet at Absolute Mind offers a range of evidence-based talking therapies to help with anxiety, stress and low mood. As a registered counsellor with the BACP, Paula combines hypnotherapy, counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to create a tailored approach for each client.
Counselling is described as a long-standing proven process which creates changes and builds understanding, while CBT uses cognitive behavioural techniques to help with all kinds of issues. NLP is presented as a communication model which shows how thinking differently can help us behave differently. During one-to-one sessions lasting 40 to 60 minutes, typically between 3 and 6 in total, you'll learn new coping strategies and ways to remain calm and relaxed, helping to manage feelings of anxiety and stress.
Sessions are available face-to-face or online via Skype, making therapy accessible whether you can travel or prefer to work remotely. Paula's experience extends beyond individual practice: her Absolute Mind podcast, available on iTunes and Stitcher Radio, has been downloaded over 3.1 million times, reflecting her wider commitment to mental health support and self-help resources.
Absolute Mind is ideal for anyone seeking professional, personalised therapy to work through anxiety, stress management, or other emotional challenges using a blend of proven therapeutic methods.
