About Paula Carr
Paula Carr offers weekly face-to-face and online counselling and psychotherapy sessions to individuals and couples. She practises Transactional Analysis, an integrative approach in the humanistic tradition, with a particular interest in relational therapy as a way of exploring difficult experiences and patterns.
Paula is UKCP accredited and holds memberships with the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA), the European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA), and the Metanoia Institute. Her qualifications include an MSc in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy and a postgraduate diploma in Transactional Analysis.
