Parkside Counselling offers a confidential, one-to-one therapeutic relationship to help you explore your concerns and emotional difficulties. Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, or personal wellbeing, the practice provides tailored support across several areas.

Couples and relationship counselling helps resolve issues within marriages and partnerships. Family and systemic therapy addresses underlying problems that may show up as behavioural concerns, helping families understand and resolve relational difficulties. The practice also specialises in mother and daughter therapy, supporting both young people and adults working through intergenerational issues.

Beyond traditional counselling and psychotherapy, Parkside Counselling integrates complementary approaches. Spiritual healing is offered by an Approved Healer accredited by the Spiritualists National Union, having completed written, oral and practical examinations. Yoga teaching is also available, drawing on over fifty years of personal practice and British Wheel of Yoga accreditation.

The therapist is registered with both the International Society of Psychotherapy and Counselling (ISPC) as a Registered Fellow and the UK Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP) as a Registered Independent Counsellor and Psychotherapist, ensuring professional standards and accountability.
