Outreachcumbria is Cumbria's main service provider for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender support, offering counselling and psychotherapy tailored to the needs of LGBT+ communities. The organisation is led by Dr Debbie Wood, Chair and HCPC registered clinical psychologist.

The service provides face-to-face psychotherapy to transgender, non-binary and gender diverse individuals through its Transgender Wellbeing Hub, which offers both a social space and therapeutic support. Talk-it-Out is the organisation's dedicated counselling project, designed to meet the specific needs of LGBT+ people seeking mental health support.
