About Our Therapist Team
Our Therapist Team comprises five BACP-registered psychotherapists dedicated to improving mental health and supporting clients through a range of challenges. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, or navigating bereavement, the team offers general counselling sessions tailored to your needs.
Services include couples counselling for relationship issues, bereavement counselling for loss and grief, and specialist support for concerns such as addictions, OCD and compulsive behaviours, eating disorders, family difficulties, and trauma. The team recognises that at different points in our lives we all experience difficult feelings, and that for some people these can become prolonged and lead to more troubling mental health difficulties requiring professional support.
Therapy is ordinarily offered face to face, with remote sessions also available via Zoom or Teams, making support accessible whether you prefer in-person or online contact. This flexibility means clients across the UK and beyond can access care in the way that works best for them.
