About Our Clinicians
Our Clinicians is a multi-disciplinary mental health and therapy practice offering evidence-based psychological and therapeutic support for children, adults, families and carers. The team includes HCPC-registered psychologists and art psychotherapists, alongside Section 12(2) Approved Doctors.
Services span individual, group and family therapy across a range of evidence-based approaches. Specialisms include trauma therapy delivered using trauma-informed principles, anger management using cognitive and trauma-informed approaches, and clinical psychological assessments. The practice also offers ADHD coaching, art therapy led by HCPC-registered practitioners, adolescent and teen counselling, and CBT and EMDR therapy for adults and families.
For neurodivergent individuals, Our Clinicians provides comprehensive, NHS-recognised diagnostic assessments and tailored support. Art therapy offers a creative, non-verbal route to explore emotions and experiences when traditional talking therapy feels difficult. Family and systemic therapy addresses relational patterns, while workshops and psychoeducation classes support learning and skill-building.
