About Our Activities

Our Activities offers movement and wellness classes designed to help older people stay physically active and engaged. The programme includes Tai Chi classes, Ashtanga Yoga, and Qigong, each led by experienced instructors. The Tai Chi coach holds a 2nd level Coaching and Judging certificate from the British Chen Style Tai Chi Association, bringing recognised expertise to every session.

Beyond regular classes, Our Activities provides health and wellbeing activities tailored to support active ageing, alongside seminars, open meetings, and social events that encourage community connection. This holistic approach recognises that staying well involves both movement and meaningful interaction.

Our Activities is a registered charity dedicated to combating isolation and supporting the wellbeing of older residents.
