With over 24 years of expertise as a qualified Art Psychotherapist, Oonagh offers art therapy and counselling for individuals and groups, drawing on deep professional experience to support self-discovery and emotional expression. She is registered with the HCPC and the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).

The yoga offering spans multiple styles and traditions. Oonagh trained in classical Hatha with the British School of Yoga, completed 200 hours of Vinyasa Flow teacher training, and has undertaken 100 hours of Yin Yoga training. She teaches these styles as regular classes, each bringing different benefits—from dynamic flow to gentle, restorative practice.

Beyond one-to-one sessions, Oonagh facilitates art workshops designed for self-development and wellbeing, creating spaces where people can explore and express themselves through creative practice. She also offers Active Release Technique (ART), a hands-on approach to soft tissue work that complements both the therapeutic and movement aspects of her practice.
