Omac-UK offers Taekwondo and self-defence classes for all ages and abilities. The Lil' Dragons programme for younger children builds confidence, coordination, and discipline, while the Cadets programme for ages 8–12 develops key life skills through Taekwondo techniques combined with teamwork. Teens and adults benefit from classes designed to build martial arts skills and enhance fitness. Beyond core Taekwondo training, Omac-UK follows the World Taekwondo curriculum, blending MooGongRyu and Hapkido self-defence techniques with safety awareness. Supplemental classes in patterns, weapons training, and Black Belt progression are available.
