Olivia Harrison is an experienced Reiki Practitioner and certified SOMA Breath® Instructor, offering both in-person and online sessions in energy healing and breathwork. She is a member of the UK Reiki Federation.
Olivia specialises in Reiki, a system of energy healing that works with universal life energy to support relaxation and wellbeing. She also offers breathwork sessions, including SOMA Breath®—a unique fusion of ancient breathing practices and modern science, set to specially composed music. Her combined approach draws on both modalities to guide clients toward healing and transformation.
Sessions are tailored to individual needs, with Reiki treatments conducted in comfortable clothing (no need to undress).
