About Oceanside Counselling
Oceanside Counselling is a professional counselling service offering support to adults and young people across a range of issues. Cathy is a fully qualified counsellor accredited by both the BACP and National Counselling Society (NCS).
The service draws on experience with loss and change, abuse, trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, workplace concerns, and life transitions such as the menopause. Sessions are available both online via Zoom from the comfort of your home or office, and as private walking and talking sessions outdoors by the sea, where nature and mindfulness can be woven into the therapeutic process.
With a background in therapeutic bodywork, Oceanside Counselling takes a holistic approach, recognising the connection between body and mind.
