About North Coast Pilates & Physiotherapy

North Coast Pilates & Physiotherapy combines clinical expertise with specialised movement therapy to support recovery, strength and wellbeing. The team are Chartered physiotherapists highly skilled in assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, backed by membership of the Health & Care Professions Council and The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Services span physiotherapy assessment and treatment alongside clinical pilates delivered using both mat-based and reformer methods. The APPI pilates method forms the foundation of their mat classes, which follow a structured repertoire of exercises. Reformer pilates uses a bed-like frame with a moving carriage to provide variable resistance and support during movement.

Beyond pilates and physiotherapy, North Coast Pilates & Physiotherapy offers traditional acupuncture including dry needling and electro-acupuncture techniques. Hands-on therapies include myofascial release, joint mobilisation and manipulation, combined with individual, comprehensive rehabilitation exercise programmes tailored to each client's needs.
