Clinical pilates is available in both one-to-one and reformer formats, complemented by strength training and a variety of massage therapies including sports massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, and manual lymphatic drainage.
For those navigating pregnancy and the postnatal period, Norah offers pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture, pregnancy massage, and the Mummy MOT—a 60-minute assessment designed to support postpartum recovery. The practice also provides mum and baby feeding support sessions.
