About Norah Jane Therapy
Norah Jane Therapy offers a comprehensive range of holistic therapies designed to create balance and harmony for clients seeking support across fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation, and emotional wellbeing.
As a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Norah uses hypnotherapy to help clients achieve a calm, relaxed state. She combines this with life coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)—drawing on her Master NLP practitioner qualification and advanced EFT training to give clients a grounded space for personal change.
Fertility and pregnancy support form a particular focus. Norah is a Fertility Coach trained in Fertility2Birth and HypnoBirthing, offering sessions to support and prepare clients for birth. She is also a Reproductive Reflexologist, having trained in both reflexology and reproductive reflexology specialisation, and supports clients on their journey from trying to conceive through to natural birth. Maternity reflexology and fertility acupuncture complement these offerings.
Beyond the therapy room, Norah offers walk and talk therapy, taking sessions into the open air. She also works with Bach Flower Remedies and provides consultations to support emotional balance.
Norah is registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and holds memberships with the Association of Reflexologists (AOR), the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists (ARR), and the British Institute of Hypnotherapy & NLP (BIH).
