About Nicole Brook MBACP Accred
Nicole Brook is a fully qualified, insured and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). She works with individuals, couples, and young people aged 16 and above, offering a comprehensive range of talking therapies tailored to your needs.
Nicole helps clients manage and explore anxiety, depression, stress (including work-related concerns), and anger management.
