About Nicola Wainer
Nicola Wainer is a Psychodynamic Counsellor and Child & Adolescent Integrative Psychotherapist offering therapy across the lifespan, from childhood through to adulthood. She is accredited with the United Kingdom College of Psychotherapists as a supervisor and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Nicola works with a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to suit individual needs. She initially trained as a Psychodynamic Counsellor and uses a number of different mediums to support exploration and growth, including play therapy, art therapy, and talking therapy. She also offers solution-focused short-term therapy depending on what is most suitable for you. For adults, she provides general counselling sessions alongside psychodynamic work, while for younger clients she specialises in adolescent and teen counselling as well as play therapy.
