About New Path Therapy
New Path Therapy offers counselling and psychotherapy for teenagers, young people and adults. As a BACP accredited practitioner and qualified Children and Young People's Counsellor, the team brings a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to their work.
Specialist areas include anxiety and depression therapy, supporting those experiencing these conditions with tailored interventions. There is particular expertise in understanding and empowering neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, alongside ADHD-affirming therapy and coaching. The practice also works with families to improve communication and relationships through family and systemic therapy, and helps foster positive self-image and self-esteem.
For those who have experienced trauma or abuse, specialist trauma therapy is available. Bereavement counselling is offered for those navigating grief and loss. Sessions may include creative methods such as art or play therapy, or more structured approaches like cognitive-behavioural therapy, tailored to what works best for each person.
New Path Therapy provides a safe, confidential space where teenagers, young people and adults can explore their challenges and build the skills and resilience they need to move forward.
