New Parent Circle offers specialist anxiety therapy and emotional coaching tailored for families, supporting children, teenagers, and adults. The service provides therapeutic interventions across all age groups, helping clients work through anxiety-related challenges and build confidence and self-esteem.
Specialist areas include anxiety therapy for children, teens and adults, children's counselling, adolescent and teen counselling, and self-esteem coaching. The practice also uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and NLP coaching to support clients in managing difficult transitions and overcoming fears and phobias.
Beyond anxiety work, New Parent Circle addresses a range of emotional and behavioural concerns, including neurodiversity-related challenges, sleep disturbances linked to anxiety, and parenting-related anxiety. The service is designed to help families navigate emotional wellbeing at every stage, from early childhood through to adulthood.
