This is followed by personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, with follow-up support to assess how you've been getting on with changes. Functional testing may be recommended where appropriate, such as comprehensive gut assessments, genetic insights, or hormone panels, to provide deeper insight into your health picture.
Natalie offers flexible support packages ranging from six weeks through to six months, each designed to meet different needs. Shorter packages provide a solid foundation with initial and follow-up sessions, while longer-term support is ideal for ongoing symptoms and includes supplement overview and dedicated results sessions. All packages are tailored to your individual circumstances.
