About My OT
My OT offers occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech and language therapy services, supported by a fully-equipped sensory integration gym and additional specialist facilities. The team provides art therapy alongside therapeutic interventions, creating a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and development.
Services span both children and adults. For younger clients, the practice offers handwriting groups during after-school hours and school holidays, alongside core occupational and physiotherapy support. Through their Developmental Therapy Centre (DTC), clients can also access art therapists, specialist teachers and educational psychologists, broadening the scope of care available.
Physiotherapy includes Active Release Technique (ART), a hands-on method for treating soft tissue injuries and movement restrictions. This complements the occupational therapy and speech and language work to address physical function, communication, and daily living skills holistically.
My OT is designed for anyone seeking coordinated, multi-disciplinary therapy in one setting—whether recovering from injury, managing a long-term condition, or supporting developmental needs in childhood.
