Services include osteopathic consultation and treatment, deep tissue sports massage, and one-to-one fitness coaching with a Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Coaching to build strength and support rehabilitation. Movement classes span yoga, pilates fusion, tai chi, and qigong, all designed for all levels and ages. Breathwork sessions and sound healing complement the physical offerings, helping you regulate your nervous system and feel calmer.
Every client receives a full functional biomechanics assessment with a personalised rehabilitation and posture plan tailored to their needs. Nutrition support is also available as part of the holistic care model.
