As a certified birth and postnatal doula, Ines provides continuous support before and during labour, as well as practical guidance in the first weeks with your baby. She also offers night doula support to help families settle into restful nights with a newborn, and virtual doula services for online antenatal education and support.

Ines is a hypnobirthing teacher, helping expectant parents understand what to expect and feel ready for birth through antenatal education. Beyond doula work, she draws on training in reiki, neuro-linguistic programming, and family systems work to offer a holistic approach to perinatal care.
