Mudora Doula offers comprehensive support for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. Services include three prenatal visits to discuss your needs and create a birth plan, continuous attendance and support during labour and birth in your chosen setting, and postnatal care including practical help with feeding, rest and nutrition. As a trauma-informed doula, Mudora provides debriefing and emotional support around your birth experience. She is trained in meditation and breathwork, which can be incorporated into your care, and offers specialised services including placenta encapsulation, mother blessings with foot massage and ceremony, and birth education on physiology and positioning. Mudora helps expectant and new parents navigate pregnancy and early parenthood with informed, compassionate, whole-person support.
