Beyond traditional physiotherapy, Movement and Milestones offers APPI Pilates (Clinical Method) delivered by a fully certified APPI instructor. Services include pilates for children and teens, as well as specialised pilates for hypermobility—valuable for young people managing hypermobility conditions.
