About Move Into Freedom
Move Into Freedom offers a range of therapeutic services grounded in body-centred and creative approaches to wellbeing. The practice specialises in dance movement therapy, which recognises body movement as an implicit and expressive instrument of communication, alongside general counselling sessions and play therapy interventions woven into the therapeutic space.
Creative and playful therapeutic work includes sand tray therapy, a supportive intervention for children, young people and adults, as well as somatic body mapping—a therapeutic, body-led, creative and ritual process. Colour therapy is also available as part of the holistic offering.
Move Into Freedom also runs The Little Wellbeing Circle, which offers antenatal and perinatal classes, workshops and retreats, including baby massage taster sessions and block bookings. The Beyond Birth programme provides early mindful parenting support for parents in the perinatal period.
The practice is registered with the Association of Dance Movement Psychotherapy (ADMP UK) and the Association of Holistic and Complimentary Practitioners (AHCP). Move Into Freedom invites clients to take time out and explore their wellbeing through body-centred, creative therapeutic practice, supporting individuals and families at different life stages.
