About Motion CrossFit GU1
Motion CrossFit GU1 is a CrossFit affiliate gym offering coached, scalable training for all fitness levels. The flagship CrossFit class runs for 55 minutes of guided, adaptable work, allowing members to train at their own intensity while receiving expert instruction.
Beyond traditional CrossFit, Motion offers a varied class programme including conditioning sessions designed to be accessible and straightforward—focused on hard work without complex technique—alongside dedicated gymnastics classes that build bodyweight strength through pull-ups, handstands and similar movements. Weightlifting is also part of the regular timetable, giving members the opportunity to develop technical lifting skills.
Open gym access is available daily, providing members with independent training time alongside the coached classes. This flexibility means you can work at your own pace when structured classes don't fit your schedule.
