Moreno Boxing offers group boxing classes and one-to-one personal training for adults and juniors. Whether you're new to boxing or working towards specific fitness goals, the coaching focuses on technique, footwork, defence, and punch mechanics alongside conditioning, power, and stamina. Personal training builds coordination and confidence through boxing-led workouts tailored to your aims, while group classes combine boxing fitness with structured technique work. Members also enjoy unlimited open gym access. Founded by amateur boxing champion Carlos Moreno, Moreno Boxing brings expert instruction and a supportive community approach to boxing training for all levels.
