About Monika Kosek-Boyes
Monika Kosek-Boyes is an ACHO registered Crystal Therapist and UK Reiki Federation member offering a range of holistic and energy healing services. She is trained in Usui Reiki and works as a Sound Healing Academy registered practitioner.
Monika provides Reiki sessions, including distance Reiki for those unable to attend in person. Her crystal healing work encompasses one-to-one sessions, gentle facial and body massage with crystals, and meridian treatments designed to support energy flow and wellbeing. Sound therapy forms an integral part of her practice, working with the idea that sound, in the form of vibrations and frequencies, can promote relaxation and balance.
