As a fully certified Pilates instructor, Miriam teaches pelvic floor-specific and post-natal Pilates classes alongside one-to-one physiotherapy treatment.
The practice addresses a wide range of women's health concerns, including back and pelvic pain during pregnancy and the post-natal period, diastasis recti (tummy muscle separation), bladder leakage, pelvic organ prolapse, and genitourinary syndrome of menopause.
