About Mindfulbeing
Mindfulbeing offers meditation and movement practices rooted in mindfulness and traditional Chinese medicine. With over twenty years' experience practising and facilitating mindfulness and meditation, the practice provides group meditation classes held online via Zoom, as well as one-to-one meditation sessions available both online and in person in a tranquil studio setting.
Beyond seated meditation, Mindfulbeing teaches Tai Chi, Qigong, and Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi—a sequence of 18 traditional Chinese medicine movements with centuries-old origins. Reformer Pilates classes are also available, combining contemporary movement practice with mindful awareness.
The facilitator follows the UK Mindfulness Teachers and Good Practice Guidelines, ensuring sessions are grounded in established best practice. Whether you're seeking to develop a regular meditation habit, explore gentle movement practices, or work one-to-one with an experienced teacher, Mindfulbeing offers flexible options to suit different needs and preferences.
