About Michelle Fletcher
Michelle Fletcher is a BACP registered psychotherapist and counsellor offering a range of evidence-based talking therapies to adults and young people. She works with psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and transactional analysis, tailoring her approach to each client's needs.
Michelle has experience supporting people facing anxiety, trauma, depression, eating disorders, and self-harm. She also offers bereavement counselling and has worked with children under 12, as well as parent and child therapy. She has supported individuals who identify as neurodiverse, and can offer relationship work including mother and daughter sessions across a range of ages.
