About Michelle Denise Craniosacral Therapy
Michelle Denise Craniosacral Therapy offers safe, gentle and effective craniosacral therapy treatments that combine presence, stillness, listening touch and fascial bodywork. As a Registered Craniosacral Therapist (RCST) and Listening Touch/Somatic Therapist, Michelle works with babies, children and adults whose systems are carrying tension, pain, overwhelm, birth imprints or stress.
Craniosacral therapy is particularly effective for nervous system regulation, helping to support the body's own capacity to recover when the brain and autonomic nervous system have become stuck in survival mode. Michelle specialises in supporting clients with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, shock and PTSD recovery, whether recent or long held in the body. She also works with chronic pain, illness and fatigue, including ME/CFS and Long Covid, as well as anxiety, overwhelm and chronic stress.
Specialised support is available for pregnancy and postnatal periods. Michelle offers pregnancy and postnatal acupuncture alongside her postnatal recovery programme, supporting clients through postnatal depletion and depression. She also provides birth trauma recovery for both mothers and babies, acknowledging and working with whatever experience pregnancy and birth may have brought.
Additional areas of focus include migraines and headaches, TMJ dysfunction, jaw tension and teeth grinding. Michelle is committed to supporting the body's natural capacity to regulate and recover, working gently with whatever is held in your system.
