About Michele Wardall
Michele Wardall is a Usui Reiki Master Practitioner with over 25 years of experience, alongside training in hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). She holds a Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and is registered with the UK Reiki Federation, the National Council for Hypnotherapy (MNCH Acc.), and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
Michele offers a range of complementary therapies designed to support mental health and emotional wellbeing. Her hypnotherapy and counselling services draw on solution-focused approaches to help clients work through anxiety, depression, low mood, and insomnia.
