Michael Darvill Counselling offers individual counselling to adults and young people aged 15 and over, available face-to-face, online, or by telephone. As an accredited member of the MBACP, Michael draws on core training in humanistic counselling, with particular expertise in person-centred and existential approaches.
The practice addresses a wide range of concerns including bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, family and work difficulties, low self-esteem, and existential questions around meaning and isolation. Both short-term and long-term therapy options are available, allowing clients to choose an approach that suits their needs. Michael's practice is informed by understanding of autism and neurodivergence, drawing on direct experience of working with autistic clients and those navigating other forms of neurodivergence.
