Mersey Men offers holistic and embodied practices designed specifically for men seeking greater vitality and presence. The team combines breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, and massage therapy to support clients through transformative personal work.

Services span individual and group experiences. One-to-one breathwork sessions and holistic massage provide personalised attention, while group classes in somatic movement, meditation, and Qigong create community and shared practice. The business also facilitates ceremonial gatherings, including cacao ceremonies and day events that blend embodiment, breath, and contemplative practice.

The facilitators bring diverse expertise. One is a movement coach and massage therapist committed to helping men cultivate vitality through embodied practice. The other is a psychotherapist, coach, and transpersonal facilitator certified at Level 2 by Embodied Masculine Europe. Together, they create a grounded, witnessing space where men are met as they engage in their own healing and growth.
